From the creation of the Terrace flower schemes and the reopening of the Walled Garden in the 1990s, to the sub-tropical planting of the Archery Border and the redevelopment of the Himalayan Garden in the 2000s, Trevor has witnessed and instigated remarkable change over the past three decades.  

Trevor’s influence on the development and enrichment of the gardens continues through the transformation of the old playground site with the planting of 40,000 bulbs, the introduction of no-dig methods in the Walled Garden, and even his TV appearance on ‘Tales of the Riverbank’ where he helped Claire Baldwin across Harewood’s ancient stepping stones.
