All Members are required to book their free tickets in advance to attend the event. Member tickets are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis. Further details will be available nearer the time.

Member guest passes are not valid on event days and Member tickets do not include camping or access to evening entertainment.

Campsites open for pre-booked campers from 12pm Friday.

Marking the 21st anniversary of the event, the UK’s largest, family friendly VW show returns to Harewood again this summer.

VW Festival is one of the biggest, family friendly VW shows in the UK. Spread over 3 days, it brings the largest display of VW show cars and club displays from around the country.

As well as cars galore, VW Festival delivers a fun-filled, jam-packed weekend of family activities, shopping, street food and bars, all mixed in with fantastic live music and entertainment throughout.

Not forgetting the fancy dress, with a different theme each year, everyone of all ages gets involved.

VW Festival is the show to be at if you love cars, great entertainment and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s a chance to make new memories, so what’re you waiting for, join us and help make it the greatest show of the year!

Please switch off your satnav as you get close to Harewood and follow the event signage.

Please note, all parking during the weekend of the VW Festival will be on the event fields which are a short walk away from the event site. There will be no parking in our normal car park.

All members are required to book their free tickets in advance to attend the VW Festival. Spaces are limited and will be available on a first-come first-served basis..

Tickets will be released in three waves. The first of which is 4th May.

If you do book a ticket and then have a chance of plan and do not need it any more, please do cancel the ticket so that another member might enjoy it.

Please note guest passes are not valid on event days and member tickets do not include camping or access to evening entertainment.

Day tickets can be purchased in advance at the discounted rate by pre-booking or on the day upon arrival at the standard rate. Please note, last admission is at 4pm on Saturday and 3.30pm on Sunday.

All camping must be pre-booked in advance on the VW Festival website and will not be available to purchase on the day.

Discount codes/promotions for standard Harewood tickets are not applicable over the VW Festival weekend.

When at an event at Harewood you may notice some visible security measures, while others will be less apparent. Our event sites are carefully monitored by both on-site teams and CCTV systems throughout.

All event organisers work closely with West Yorkshire Police and security partners to ensure safety procedures reflect the latest guidance and best practices.

These measures are in place with your safety in mind. Your bag may be searched on entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

If you see any search dogs, remember these are working hard and should not be petted.
