- Secure your booking by adding the deposit for minimum numbers of 10 to your basket.
- After clicking continue you will be prompted to add additional guests to your basket. If you already know how many will be attending, you can add them here at point of book. Numbers can be adjusted by contacting the team up to 10 days prior to the event.
- Bookings are made online only and viewings beforehand are not available.
- At the point of booking, make a note of any allergy/intolerance requirements where prompted.
- Further dietaries or guests (up to a max of 40) can be added until up to one week before your booking date.
- Email info@harewood.org to update us on any allergy/intolerance requirements and call 0113 218 1010 to add and pay for any additional guests above your original booking numbers.
- A pre-arrival email will be sent to the booking holder outlining how to get on to site and directions to your meeting room.
- Arrive on site at 09:00 and make your way to the Harewood Suite where your tea, coffee and water will be waiting for you.
- Your sandwich lunch will be delivered to the room at 12:30.
- Additional snacks and drinks are available to purchase from our cafe, only a short walk from the conference suite. Please note our cafés are only opening during open season, you can check opening times here.
