Children’s Birthday Parties

To make this event accessible for all we are able to cater for any of the 13 legal allergen requirements with one menu for everyone, to ensure no child is left out.

Due to Natasha’s Law, all cakes must be sealed, shop-bought cakes that list all ingredients and allergens. Homemade cakes are not permitted.

To keep everyone safe, we ask that you do not bring your own knife and instead, ask a member of our team to cut the cake for you. It is your responsibility to ensure the cake does not contain any allergens for children with dietary restrictions.

Don’t forget we also have a selection of delicious dessert add-ons for you to choose from should you like any additional sweetness at the party.

We do allow third party entertainers at Harewood.

Absolutely! What’s a party without music.

We ask that you are mindful of other Harewood visitors and if your music is too loud, a member of staff may ask you to turn it down. Speakers cannot be taken into the Adventure Playground.

There will be 2 free adults for the birthday child and 1 free adult for each additional child. Any additional guests are welcome to join but must be covered by a valid Harewood membership or purchase a standard day ticket for Harewood.

Of course, drop off is allowed. This must be confirmed with the event organiser and all children must be supervised at all times.

You are welcome to bring balloons, party bags and table decorations! Please note wall hangings are not permitted.

Our spaces at Harewood are used for all sorts of events and so we are unable to hold anything overnight.

Set up is included in your three hour slot.

Whilst the team prepare the site for the day, please note there is no access to Harewood before 10am.

Once you’ve paid your £250 deposit to secure your reservation, please have a read of the confirmation email which will detail the next steps for you.

We regret that any deposits made are non-refundable however, they can be transferred to another date up to 7 days before your booking.

In order to ensure we can provide the best experience for you, we ask that final numbers are confirmed no later than 7 days before your booking.

Absolutely! Please ensure that lit flames are supervised by an adult at all times.

If you are booked on the 10am time slot, your food will be served from 11am.

For the 2pm slot, your food will be served from 3pm.
