Following the success of the Range Rover Sport commercial filmed at Harewood House in 2024, we were approached by Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) with a brief to host a bespoke ‘arrive and drive’ client experience.

The Brief

JLR were looking to:

  • Showcase a selection of their latest vehicles
  • Host up to 24 key, invited guests
  • Offer a unique driving tour of the Harewood estate, combining heritage, landscape, and a driving experience

The Experience

Guests were welcomed on arrival and guided to the Billiard Room, a bright and airy space providing a refined setting with classic character, where they enjoyed pastries and hot refreshments whilst taking in panoramic views across the Capability Brown landscape from the Terrace.

The morning began with a warm introduction to the Harewood estate from our Deputy CEO, followed by a presentation from the JLR team.

Guests then made their way to the vehicles, lined up in front of the House, providing a spectacular backdrop for photographs.

Guests set off on a guided driving tour of the estate, travelling through the deer park, woodland and lakeside routes, with some off-roading along the way. The route included access to areas not usually open to the public, offering guests rare views of both the estate and the House. The driving tour concluded with a full group photograph with a stunning view of the House.

Following the drive, guests were welcomed back by our Curator for a private tour of the House and Christmas exhibition. The experience was topped off with a delicious Christmas buffet, providing time to relax and reflect on the day.

The Result

Feedback from both the client and guests was overwhelmingly positive:

This event was a resounding success, showcasing how Harewood House can deliver high-end automotive experiences that combine heritage, landscape and hospitality in a truly memorable way.
