For the first 200 years, the Courtyard was known by another name, The Stables, and used as it's name suggests. This was a place for horses, grooms, coachmen and carriages.

Now it is home to Harewood’s Summer BBQ package, the Courtyard can hold up to 150 guests and is ideal for summer parties.

Guests will be greeted under the impressive colonnades with plenty of space for a DJ, bar and catering of your choice, from delicious bowl food to sizzling BBQs.

The Grade II listed Courtyard, with it’s arched entrance and grand colonnades surrounding the central enclosed square, provides the ideal setting for summer evening soirees.

With access directly out onto the external Courtyard, the glass seating area and contemporary ‘Stables’ offers indoor space to continue the celebrations into the evening, regardless of the weather.

The Courtyard is also host to our summer BBQ option which includes exclusive use of the Courtyard from early evening and a delicious selection of menus and bar to complement your evening.
