During busy periods we may not be able to offer you the exact date you ask for, so we ask for alternatives.

We offer facilitated and self-guided visits to Harewood. All bookings include full access to the entire Harewood site (during our open season) and all supporting adults can attend for free.

Our Activity Sessions and Outdoor Sessions last approximately 90 minutes and will often include a tour and a carousel of activities. Our Discovery Visits offer a more hands-on, immersive experience and can last from 90 minutes to the full day. We are more than happy to adapt our sessions to suit your individual needs and learning outcomes. If you don't find what you are looking for, please contact the Learning Team directly as we are happy to work with you to develop something bespoke.

Please refer to the session on our website for required staff to pupil rations. Other than SEND groups, education groups are required to have 10+ pupils to qualify for our learning rates.

Payment for education visits will be processed via invoice after your visit.

All facilitated groups have access to an indoor lunch space included with their booking. There is plenty of outdoor space and picnic tables to use within the grounds that you are welcome to use during your visit.
