Cinnamon Drawing Room

This room is called the Cinnamon Drawing Room because of the colour of the damask on its walls.
A grand long Gallery displaying an array of paintings by masters of the Italian Renaissance. Thomas Chippendale gilded mirrors cover one wall, reflecting sunlight towards the paintins. Golden lamps light up the Robert Adam ceilings which are decorated with scenes of greek mythology.

Gallery

The Gallery is the largest room in the House and was originally used for hosting grand banquets and balls.
A large room with cream walls and dark wooden floorboards. In the middle of the room stands a large mahogany dining room table surrounded by 12 wooden chairs with deep leather cushions. Large gilded frames cover the walls with paintings of those who once lived at Harewood.

A large 18th century room with delicate plasterwork that looks like icing around the room. The walls are decorated with large oil paintings and a pink and green carpet with similar patterns to the walls covers the floor. There is a grand piano in the corner of the room.
