Harewood House Trust is seeking an experienced Audience Development Consultant to lead focus groups as part of the National Lottery Heritage Fund Development Phase of Reimagining Harewood.

You’ll work with Leeds’ African-Caribbean and descendant communities, Harewood’s Community Access members and other local groups, exploring barriers to engagement and helping shape future interpretation, building design, events and activity.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong audience development, research and facilitation experience
  • Experience delivering EDI-focused projects
  • An arts and culture background
  • Excellent communication, empathy and trauma-informed practice
  • Ideally, relevant lived experience of equity, inclusion and diversity issues

The role involves facilitating up to six focus groups, reporting findings and delivering trauma-informed practice training for relevant staff.

We will consider tenders from the same consultant for both this opportunity and the Focus Group Recruitment Specialist opportunity advertised separately.

If you have the experience and approach to help us build meaningful participation, we’d love to hear from you.

Please read the full job description and complete the tender application attached to the right of this page.
