VW Festival

Please switch off your satnav as you get close to Harewood and follow the event signage.

Please note, all parking during the weekend of the VW Festival will be on the event fields which are a short walk away from the event site. There will be no parking in our normal car park.

Your VW Festival ticket includes access to the House, Gardens and Adventure Playground during normal opening hours.

All members are required to book their free tickets in advance to attend the VW Festival. Spaces are limited and will be available on a first-come first-served basis.

Details of how to book members tickets will be available nearer the event date.

Please note guest passes are not valid on event days and member tickets do not include camping or access to evening entertainment.

Four-legged friends are welcome to attend the event on a lead, but they are not permitted in the marquees. Dogs are welcome in the grounds of Harewood on a lead excluding the Adventure Playground.

Day tickets can be purchased in advance at the discounted rate by pre-booking or on the day upon arrival at the standard rate. Please note, last admission is at 4pm on Saturday and 3.30pm on Sunday.

All camping must be pre-booked in advance on the VW Festival website and will not be available to purchase on the day.

Discount codes/promotions for standard Harewood tickets are not applicable over the VW Festival weekend.

Yes, standard Harewood tickets and any Harewood promotional offers are not valid over the VW Festival event. All tickets over this weekend include access to the event, please follow the links on this page to purchase your tickets.

When at an event at Harewood you may notice some visible security measures, while others will be less apparent. Our event sites are carefully monitored by both on-site teams and CCTV systems throughout. 

All event organisers work closely with West Yorkshire Police and security partners to ensure safety procedures reflect the latest guidance and best practices. 

These measures are in place with your safety in mind. Your bag may be searched on entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

If you see any search dogs, remember these are working hard and should not be petted.
