All parking for this event is located in our main visitor car park, please follow the event signage when you arrive on site.

When at an event at Harewood you may notice some visible security measures, while others will be less apparent. Our event sites are carefully monitored by both on-site teams and CCTV systems throughout. 

All event organisers work closely with West Yorkshire Police and security partners to ensure safety procedures reflect the latest guidance and best practices. 

These measures are in place with your safety in mind. Your bag may be searched on entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

If you see any search dogs, remember these are working hard and should not be petted.  

Doors for this event open from 6pm. For those wishing to visit Harewood beforehand, take advantage of our discounted £5 entry ticket.

Yes! Settle down with your chairs, blankets, and warm clothing to enjoy the film.

No seating provided unless you have premium tickets.

Hot food, snacks and a bar will be available on-site. Picnics and drinks welcome.

NO glasses. Plastic and paper cups only, wine/beer bottles are allowed but please take them home and recycle them.

With the exception of registered assistance dogs, no animals are allowed at any of our events.

The event will go ahead if it’s raining, but we are hoping for a nice dry weekend.

On-site toilets will be available, including accessible facilities.
