As music drifts through the House and Christmas trees shimmer with colour, retreat into the elegant charm of the Billiard Room for tiers of festive treats.

Savour delicate finger sandwiches filled with seasonal flavours, from free-range turkey with thyme stuffing and cranberry, to hot smoked salmon with dill crème fraîche. Indulge in red velvet cake, winter berry gâteau and chocolate brownie crowned with salted caramel profiteroles, before finishing with spiced orange scones, Gilchrist’s mince pies and delicate macarons.
