You’ll investigate fascinating domestic objects and try out fun historical cleaning remedies, using sight, touch and even smell to bring history to life.

You’ll also have the opportunity to watch Harewood’s expert Collections Care team carefully clean intriguing historic items from our collection. It’s a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into how treasures are cared for, and there’ll be plenty of time to ask questions and learn from the experts.
