Become a Harewood builder on microscale and help our talented Grounds team build a new bug hotels for our pollinators!
Insects pollinate our fruit, flowers and vegetables while playing an essential role in the food chain as the main food source for many amphibians, birds, and mammals. Making a bug hotel gives them a safe space in winter to hibernate.
Join us up at Sylvascope in making a bug hotel which will provide a safe haven for all manner of small creatures including bumble bees, ladybirds, butterflies and moth species. You’ll work with a member of our Grounds team to position a variety of natural materials and make a bug hotel cosy for its guests.
