Experience the fleeting nature of the seasons through the work of Charlotte Verity, a British artist known for her meticulously observed paintings of plants and flowers.

Often painted over many years, Verity’s work captures the quiet rhythms of the natural world with exquisite clarity and luminosity.

Set within the historic interiors of Harewood House and surrounded by its world-renowned landscape and gardens, this exhibition offers a meditative journey through the seasons, and invites you to linger, look closely, and celebrate the subtle fluctuating beauty of nature.

Free Kids Activity Booklet

From February, children are encouraged to get creative with a free Charlotte Verity-inspired activity booklet. As you explore the exhibition, try out different artistic skills inspired by the paintings on display. In the Servants’ Hall, the Family Fun Space offers a cosy retreat with colouring sheets and creative activities that change with the seasons, as well as a book corner, and family games.

Families can also look forward to a season of discovery and fun outdoors at Harewood this winter. From epic outdoor adventures to creative indoor play, Harewood is packed with spaces where children can explore, imagine and burn off energy, all set within 140 acres of beautiful Yorkshire landscape.
