Meet the Makers: Winter Whisky Tasting with Spirit of Yorkshire

Join Morgan from Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, who produce Filey Bay Whisky, on Fri 22 Nov at 6pm for a fascinating insight into their Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky and what being ‘field to bottle’ really means.

Morgan will guide you through five of their best ‘drams’, followed by a delicious supper produced by our kitchen team here at Harewood House. Tickets include 5x 15ml measures of Filey Bay Single Malt Whisky and a hearty pie and pea supper. £10 of each ticket is redeemable against a bottle of Filey Bay Whisky purchased on the night.

Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in, and of, Yorkshire. Why ‘of Yorkshire’? Because it’s created by us from field to bottle, here on the coast. This is our story.

Farmers, brewers and distillers, we’re in control of every stage of the growing and distilling process. From choosing the variety of barley and how it is grown, to our unique still configuration, right through to bottling ourselves at the distillery.

Terms and Conditions

A 14 day cancellation policy applies to all workshops. As commercial workshops support our charitable activities, and materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than two weeks before the workshop date should you wish to cancel your place.

Should Harewood House Trust need to cancel a workshop, your ticket will be refunded in full.
