Child tickets apply to children between the ages of 4 and 17. Children under 4-years-old are free. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 18) at all times whilst on site at Harewood.

Harewood is delighted to announce a brand new low-cost admission ticket is being introduced for people in receipt of the following: Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Child Tax Credits (CTC), Working Tax Credits (WTC), Income Support, or hold Refugee Status.

This offer is part of a larger goal to make Harewood more accessible to people of all ages and all incomes!

Tickets are available upon arrival at our ticket barrier or can be pre-booked online. Proof of eligibility will be required, find out how to get a proof of benefit letter.

Alternative proof of eligibility

Governing email confirmation of support or application success letters are vaild proof.

Application registration cards (ARC) are also accepted.

Harewood is a dog-friendly day out. It’s a great place to walk around and visitors can enjoy the lakeside and the wider park with their four-legged friends. All we ask is that your dog is kept on a short lead at all times.

We are unable to allow dogs in the House, the Adventure Playground, Woodland Wonderland and indoor areas of the cafe, but the rest of the 100-acre site is yours to enjoy!

We welcome you to bring your bikes, scooters and other sports equipment. Please ensure correct safety equipment is worn at all times. Please be advised that Harewood is situated on a hill and caution is required to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Our admission policy enables essential carers to access Harewood free of charge, whilst the normal membership or admission fee applies to the disabled visitor.

Free entry is permitted for up to two children with an adult purchasing a full price ticket.

Free carer benefits are run as a separate offer and not in conjunction with any other offers.

Please be aware that bank holidays and special event days are often not included within offers or for free entry agreements. Please call and check with our Visitor Experience Team to confirm ahead of your visit to Harewood.

We are currently accepting all active promotions, including Gardener’s World 2for1, Blue Light Card and English Heritage amongst others. Please consult offer details and redemption code with the relevant discount partner or email info@harewood.org.

It is the visitor’s responsibility to make use of discounts at time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued if buyer has failed to do so.
