There’s hot and hearty home-cooked dishes at the Courtyard Café, freshly made deli sandwiches alongside mouthwatering cakes at the Terrace Café, and tasty takeaway options around the site.
The Courtyard Café
At the Courtyard Café, you’ll discover a variety of seasonal hot and cold dishes, including sandwiches, salads, artisan cakes, and locally roasted coffee. Whether you choose indoor or outdoor seating, you can enjoy our homegrown goodies whatever the weather. You can also opt for takeaway to savor whilst exploring the Lakeside Woodland Gardens or as part of a picnic in the West Garden.
Hot food is available until 3pm

The Terrace Tearoom+ Billiard Room
The Terrace Tearoom, located at the back of the House enjoys spectacular views over the Capability Brown landscape. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Harewood whilst sampling a delicious range of home-made food and drink options.
Serving light lunch in the form of freshly made deli sandwiches, and delicious homemade cakes, the Terrace Café is a great option as you finish your House tour, or to pause as you explore the Gardens and Grounds.
Our Afternoon Tea menu changes seasonally and is crafted in-house by our team of Chefs, giving a contemporary twist on classic savoury and sweet flavours.

Bothy Teahouse
Open Saturday & Sunday only
The Bothy Teahouse is located just outside the Walled Garden, with beautiful views across the Lake, serving a range of hot and cold drinks, beers, G+T’s, homemade premium toasties as well as cakes and Yorkshire Dales ice cream.
Ice Cream Kiosk
Situated just outside the Courtyard and next to the Adventure Playground, the Kiosk serves delicious Yorkshire Dales Ice Cream, hot and cold drinks and snacks.
