Itinerary for the day

What's included?

Forrest Bathing and Chi Gong Style Yoga

Join Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Kula Director Angela Sykes as she guides you through a Forrest Bathing experience within the Harewood Estate. Once we discover a location which ‘feels right’ we pause and work with some simple chi gong style yoga movements to purge, tone and move energy thorough the body. This session will be deeply grounding and prepare us for the rest of the morning retreat.

We will slowly make our way back to the Arch Barn studio where we will enjoy a restful break, make connection with the group and enjoy light refreshments.

Yin Yoga, Sound Bath, Energy Work and Massage

Join Yoga Kula Teachers Angela Sykes and Amanda Winburn for a deeply relaxing session with the support of Yin Yoga, Healing Sound, Massage, Aromatherapy and Energy work. Explore a carefully selected collection of healing, long held Yin poses to gently warm and deeply release the body as well as steadying the mind. As the poses are discovered and held participants will receive sound healing (both close range and distance), pressure point massage, energy work, smudging and the inhalation of essential oils.

Each carefully chosen element will allow participants to drop deeper into a state of restoration, fully let go and deeply RETUNE.
