Join Harewood House Trust and Harewood Holistics for our evening event based around our theme of Nurture for Mental Health Awareness Week.

This exclusive evening event combines the beauty of nature with a silent walk around the lakeside of Harewood House and a visit to the Himalayan Gardens. This is followed by delicious refreshments and indoor Gong Bath sound experience brought to you by Soul Shine Life.

We invite you to enjoy time to connect with nature and nurture your inner peace in the grounds of this historic Estate.

Itinerary for the day

What's included?

Guided walk around the lake and through the Himalayan Gardens and Stupa

Enjoy this early evening walk around the lakeside, where you can take time to connect with nature and the wildlife around you. This gentle walk allows time for reflection and calm whilst we listen to the sounds of the animals and elements around us.

Hot drinks and delicious snacks

Gong Bath with SoulShine Life

A Gong Relaxation Sound Bath is a fantastic way to leave behind the stresses of modern life. The Gong is played gently along with Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls. The captivating tones will lull you into a deep relaxed state.

There are a number of health benefits associated with achieving this state of deep relaxation such as lower blood pressure, increased blood circulation, balancing of the nervous system, reduced mind chatter and better sleep patterns. This experience will leave you feeling rebalanced, refreshed and restored.

What you will need to bring with you

Wear Yoga clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. Bring a warmer layer for the cool down part of the class and in case the temperature drops.

Bring a bottle of water in case you get thirsty while you are away from the studio space.

Bring a small cushion if you would like head support.
