Hatha Yoga originates from the foothills of the Himalayas in India. All forms of yoga originate from Hatha Yoga. An invitation to join us in the majestic Gallery within Harewood House. This 90 minute guided practice infuses traditional Indian styled Hatha Yoga with pranayama controlled breath practices enabling us to connect to the elements of Earth, Water, Air & Space. We will move to Sacred Indian Songs & Mantra, a truly authentic experience open to all levels, including beginners.

Afterwards you can explore the House and Gardens at your own pace. A truly enchanting experience for the body, mind & senses.

Head to the Terrace Tearoom after the session and show your ticket whilst ordering to receive 10% off your coffee. Please note this discount does not apply to Harewood Members who can gain a discount at the cafe with their membership card.

What can I Expect?

• Light breath work

What Should I Bring?

• Yoga clothes or something you are comfortable to move around in
• Layer up – it might start off a little chilly in the Gallery but once the session starts it will warm up
• A bottle of water
• All levels welcome – not suitable for pregnancy
• Yoga props provided

Terms and Conditions

A 14 day cancellation policy applies to all workshops. As commercial workshops support our charitable activities, and materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than two weeks before the workshop date should you wish to cancel your place.

Should Harewood House Trust need to cancel a workshop, your ticket will be refunded in full.
