About Pippa Pixley

Pippa is an author, artist and educator based in the Peak District National Park. She is an experienced storyteller, illustrator and writer.

Her work to date has shown her working with clients including  Harper Collins, MacMillan, Tango Children’s Books, Nosy Crow, and BBC One TV, to name but a few. She also works with many schools, arts organizations, museums, conservation trusts, publishers and universities over the past 12 years to deliver education programmes – either focused on literacy or the creative arts – helping children, students and families to develop an awareness of the wonders of the natural world and the power of imagination. I also run regular art retreat workshops for adults.
