The farming operation is leased to the Harewood Farming Company Ltd which manages 700 acres of arable, grass and parkland.
There are approximately fifteen miles of footpaths and bridleways across the Estate. This allows visitors to have access to unspoiled parkland and wonderful views. Harewood has a policy of welcoming public access and if you have any queries please contact us.
The Estate has a long history of farming going back to the Medieval period. Crops grown today include wheat, barley, oil seed rape and maize.
The Estate also has tenanted farms and they contribute to an overall mixed farming pattern across the whole Estate.
