Visitors to the 2015 CLA Game Fair, to be held at Harewood House in Yorkshire from Friday 31 July until Sunday 2 August, are invited to enjoy fine dining, relaxation and a break from the buzz of the show by booking an exclusive CLA Game Fair hospitality package.
The packages enable visitors to enjoy the use of an exclusive suite in an elegantly furnished marquee overlooking the lawn in the CLA Members’ Enclosure, which will also feature displays of flowers, a string quartet, sparklingly smart rest rooms and a children’s play area.
Located just moments from the famous Gunmakers’ Row and premium shopping retailers, the hospitality suites enable showgoers to relax with friends and family, entertain clients or business associates and enjoy fine dining from CGC Event Caterers which will provide breakfasts, three course lunches and traditional afternoon teas created from local produce.
The Adult Full Day Hospitality Package includes a Full English, Continental or Healthy Start breakfast, a three-course waitress-served lunch, an afternoon tea of finger sandwiches, scones and mini cakes, and a sociable Pimm’s reception. An all day cash bar is available and the package also incorporates a complimentary Show Guide, VIP Forward Parking, use of the private garden overlooking the Members’ Enclosure, a private shopping service, a shop and drop facility, and a guest badge allowing entrance to the CLA Members’ Enclosure.
This package costs £195+VAT on the Friday of the show, £180+VAT on the Saturday and £160+VAT on Sunday. The price for children under 12 is £90+VAT on all three days. Visitors booking two hospitality packages for the same day, before Friday 15 May, will receive a £20 discount. Visitors will also receive a £5 discount on any bottle of champagne that is purchased in advance.
Separate breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea packages will also be available closer to the time, subject to availability, and corporate hospitality bookings for whole suites can also be made.
