Andrew and Anthony Bradley set up The Blue Pig Company based at Mearbeck Farm, North Yorkshire in 2004. The Bradley family have been farming at Mearbeck for five generations. Andrew and Anthony have been farmers for many years and started pig farming a few years ago. Their pigs are outdoor reared at Mearbeck Farm from birth where they also prepare all their pork products to sell direct to the public at various farmers markets around Yorkshire.
The Blue Pig Company is all about quality. Andrew and Anthony do virtually everything from 'field to plate'. They have our own processing facility producing traditional cuts of pork as well as several flavours of sausages, drycured bacon, smoked bacon, pancetta and gammons. Their products taste fantastic because of the type of pigs and their outdoor lifestyle. It's no coincidence that happy pigs make great tasting products!
