Discover Harewood after hours, with this exclusive gardens tour, led by our very own award-winning Head Gardener, Trevor Nicholson. Learn more about the many exotic plant species that grow here, and the distant countries from which they came.
Explore the Terrace Garden, with its intricate planting patterns and ornate borders, walk down to the Himalayan Garden and explore this ‘Plant Hunter’s paradise’, and finish your tour in the Walled Garden, and discover the secrets of the exotic fruits and vegetables that were grown here, from dessert grapes, white peaches to figs.
Complete your evening with tea and cake on the beautifully secluded Bothy Lawn, and have the chance to discuss with Trevor his top tips for gardening!
Refreshments at the Bothy are included with the ticket price. These will be served on the Bothy Lawn. You are very welcome to bring a picnic blanket with you, if you wish.
Your ticket for this event includes access to Below Stairs and the Grounds, so you are welcome to explore the rest of Harewood during your visit.
Please note: sensible footwear is recommended as this tour lasts for approximately two hours, and includes some steep slopes and uneven ground. This walk may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility, please enquire before booking if you have any concerns.
