On behalf of The Probus Club of Basingstoke, thank you so much for making our visit to Harewood last Sunday so very enjoyable.  All my members were full of praise for the arrangements, the house itself, the gardens and the game fair. We were particularly impressed by the knowledge of the guides and the fact that although there were three groups, we did not meet or hear each other. Once again thank you for a great day out. With best wishes,

Mike Jarvis, The Probus Club of Basingstoke

On Monday 15 June (2009) of this year, I had the pleasure of visiting Harewood House with the Maltby Mothers' Union.
From my first approach to your staff in order to book the visit, we had nothing but excellent service. Everyone that we came into contact with was most helpful and courteous.
The house and grounds were beautiful and obviously lovingly cared for.
During the morning the weather was glorious showing the grounds off to their best. The afternoon was rather a different story and the heavens opened. That did not spoil our visit at all. Most of us were, by this time, in the house.
What was exceptional followed. When we ready to leave, it was still pouring down with rain. Our coach was in the coach park so your staff kindly ferried us by car, in threes, back to the coach. This was above and beyond the call of duty.
Please pass on our thanks to everyone involved for making this a very special outing.
    Val Kaye, Maltby Mothers' Union

It is a wonderful house and the grounds are particularly lovely. We had plenty of time to explore everything and everyone was well pleased with their time at Harewood.

The information received prior to the visit was good, especially the Groups Guide & website. The support of your buggy drivers was excellent. All your staff were very courteous & interested in us. Thank you Louise for all your help with booking

I want to thank you very much for all the organisation you did for our visit on 25th June. It all went very well and the guides were superb - Irene and the two ladies one in yellow and the other in green! One or two members have been before to Harewood on private visits and said how much more they had enjoyed and learnt on this occasion. Dr Jon Finch was also very good.
Please convey our thanks to your guides and your catering staff.

All the members of the British Council Association enjoyed our visit to Harewood yesterday (12th May 2009) very much. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit to the House and grounds and were very appreciative of the delicious meal, the lovely room and the attention of Lorraine and her staff.
Please pass on our thanks to Lorraine and her colleagues, and thank you to you and Aimee for all the arrangements
    Veronica Tarimo, The British Council

We had a very enjoyable time on the 28th September and the sunshine was an added bonus. Many in the group wanted me to write to you to give all the staff a very big ''Thank You''. In particular, one of our members who was in a wheelchair, was very impressed by the facilities and helpfulness of staff towards the disabled.
