Volunteer Bird Garden Ranger
The Harewood House Trust is an educational charitable trust that relies entirely on its own endeavours to meet its funding needs. Volunteers make a significant contribution in enabling the Trust to deliver a first class service to its visitors.

What does the role involve?
Giving visitors to the Bird Garden non-specialist information and explain to them the role of the Bird Garden and Conservation.
Patrolling the Bird Garden on a regular basis acting as a physical security presence to ensure the safety and welfare of both Visitors and animals.
Assisting with the evacuation of the visitors from the Bird Garden in the case of an emergency.
